Mark brings more than 20 years executive experience in the Australian telecommunication industry.

Most recently, Mark was the Group Executive of TPG Telecom for 6 years, reporting to the Chairman and Group CEO. He held responsibility for all products, financial management, customer operations and sales and marketing functions across Business, Enterprise, Government, Wholesale and International divisions.

Previous to TPG, Mark was the Director of Sales and Marketing for AAPT from 2009 to 2013 before the sale of AAPT to TPG in 2013. Prior to AAPT Mark was a senior executive within PowerTel from 2006 to 2009. He transitioned to AAPT as part of the sale of PowerTel to Telecom NZ (AAPT’s parent company).

With over 25 years of experience in executive finance roles at Indara, Quattro, Investa and ING Real Estate, Tino brings extensive hands-on expertise in all facets of finance within the real and digital asset sectors across the listed and unlisted capital markets. He has structured, executed, and closed debt and equity capital raisings totalling over $5.2b from domestic and offshore banks and institutions.

Tino’s role as CFO will enable him to leverage his extensive and diverse knowledge of day to day financial, operational and capital management processes and disciplines, with the strategic and growth initiatives of FibreconX.

His ability to easily navigate between strategy, detail and execution will be a key driver of this success.

Art Cartwright brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success in the telecommunications industry to his role as Chief Operations Officer at FibreconX. With a background in senior leadership positions at Macquarie Telecom, Nextgen Group, and AAPT, Art ensures that the FibreconX network is world-class.

As an internationally experienced telecommunications executive, Art has driven operational excellence, increased margins, and improved customer satisfaction. His expertise in planning, construction, and operation of advanced networks is integral to the ongoing success and innovation at FibreconX.

With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles at AAPT, TPG Telecommunication, and TPG/Vodafone, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to FibreconX. As a thought leader in the telecommunications industry, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative and creative go-to-market strategies. He has successfully executed some of the largest telecommunications deals in Australia.

As Chief Customer Officer at FibreconX, Kevin is responsible for holistic revenue generation and business growth. He is tasked with developing and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team, both domestically and internationally, within the telecoms and ICT channel markets. His strategic vision and leadership are integral to the continued success and expansion of FibreconX.

Andrew joins FibreconX with more than 25 years of experience in the electrical, data, telecommunications, and data centre industries.

Prior to joining FibreconX, Andrew was Managing Director of Vinitec, a NSW and ACT telecommunications contracting and construction company.

Since 2006, Vinitec serviced PowerTel, AAPT, NextGen, as well as other telecommunications carriers, commercial customers, and major Sydney data centre facilities. Andrew’s extensive experience and leadership in these industries make him an asset to FibreconX, where he continues to drive excellence in construction and project management.

Dalton has extensive experience in senior positions in telecommunications, with over 18 years in the industry. He has worked with top-tier telecommunication companies, managing change within telecommunications environments. Dalton has delivered significant business outcomes through simplification, cost improvements, and productivity enhancements, focusing on process improvement and staff development.

Key achievements in his career include enhancing operational efficiency, managing contractors, and implementing both in-sourcing and outsourcing opportunities. At FibreconX, Dalton continues to drive operational excellence and strategic improvements, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the telecommunications sector.

Leo Hao brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his role as General Manager IT at FibreconX. With a passion for innovation and a strategic mindset, Leo oversees all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Before joining FibreconX, Leo held various leadership positions at leading tech companies, where he was instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency. His background includes a strong focus on integrating cutting-edge technologies to streamline business processes and enhance customer experiences.

At FibreconX, Leo is committed to maintaining the highest standards of IT governance and performance, ensuring the seamless delivery of services across the company’s extensive network. His strategic vision and technical acumen have been pivotal in positioning FibreconX as a leader in the telecommunications sector.

Leo holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from a prestigious university and is a certified ITIL and PMP professional. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is passionate about mentoring young IT professionals and staying abreast of the latest technological trends.

Rodney Khoo brings more than 20 years of experience in telco, specialising in customer-facing delivery across enterprise and wholesale markets.

At FibreconX, Rodney leads the national customer service delivery and support operations, driving the execution of a customer transformation strategy designed to enable scalable growth, enhance service performance, and optimise the end-to-end customer experience.

With deep expertise in operational design, helpdesk leadership, and service delivery excellence, Rodney has successfully led large national teams and delivered major improvements in service activation and customer experience in high-growth environments. His previous leadership experience in the property and finance sectors adds a valuable commercial perspective to his customer operations approach.

Nick is responsible for driving revenue growth and beneficial outcomes for FibreconX as well as our partners. With an intimate knowledge of the Carrier and Hyperscale markets in Australia, Nick uses a collaborative approach to innovative network design and commercial solutions to help customers, servicing some of world’s largest companies at the forefront of Cloud, AI and Datacentre connectivity

Kathy oversees International markets, focusing on enhancing connectivity solutions and delivering value to customers worldwide. Her expertise lies in developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, hyperscalers and cloud providers – identifying customer’s strategic challenges and business priorities.

As FibreconX is a wholesale only company, Kyle’s responsibility is to enable the wholesale partners to build, market, and sell their offerings using the FibreconX Fibre network. Kyle will work with the wholesaler to create unique network service offerings that integrate with the Wholesalers offerings to take to market.
